The Real Culprits
In the eyes of people that believe Michael
Jackson to be innocent of what he's accused, the following people are the real
culprits.
Diane Dimond
Tom Sneddon
The
Doe Family
Martin
Bashir
Gloria Allred

Chandler
Raymond Chandler
---------------
Diane Dimond. Probably the most asinine, brainless, dense person involved with this recent scandal. No, she is not part of the prosecution, nor is she involved with the family accusing Michael Jackson. Dimond is simply just a foolish woman with her teeth sunk into Michael Jackson. Dimond is as obsessed with Jackson as his most fanatical fan, as you can see from the picture above, and her career has been built solely by her deceiving reports on Jackson.
Dimond used to be a 'reporter' on the trashy tabloid show Hard Copy. Since the show was cancelled she's moved on to Court TV with her dirty ways. Dimond is credited for breaking the news of the allegations that surfaced in 1993, and since then, like a leech she's been on Jackson's case. With her 'sources' (aka the prosecution of this current case), Dimond is seen on various news programs spinning stories and spreading unfounded rumors. Dimond will take the smallest iota of information and spin it to her liking so that it will make Michael Jackson look bad, and make her prosecution buddy, Tom Sneddon look like he actually knows what he is doing.
When the 2003 allegations first broke Dimond was seen on CNN show, Larry King Live, swearing to the high heavens that she knew of the existence of salacious letters written by Jackson to the boy who is now accusing him of molestation. That story fizzled. Then as the prosecution held their grand jury proceedings, she was on news programs telling the public that she was 99.9% sure that Jordan Chandler, the accuser from 1993 was going to testify at the proceedings against Jackson. It never happened.
In fact, Dimond is quite proud of her sleazy ways. Dimond tell us, "News isn’t news if nobody watches. If you get on the air and start boring people with a script that makes them fall asleep, what good is that?". Right. Isn't part of being a news reporter, reporting news as accurately as you can? Yes, but for Dimond apparently not.
I guess if news isn't interesting, if the truth is boring...it should be spiced up with some spin. Yes.
Despite her obvious lies and incompetence, Dimond still makes her way on many news programs and is able to keep spinning and to keep lying. The woman is a pinhead. We're 100% sure of it.

Bad Idea.
Loosing the 'case' upset Sneddon, and since then he's been determined to but Jackson behind bars, where I assume he believes he belongs. When the allegations in 2003 arose, Sneddon was once again the head prosecutor that took the case. This time the case proceeded past just allegations, formal charges were filed, an indictment was handed down, and the case got as far as a trial. It is unknown why Sneddon is so avidly trying to persecute Jackson, evidence of a strong vendetta is very clear. When asked about how he would handle this case Sneddon's response was this: "We're going to handle it like any other case."
Are we sure about that?
Before this case how many times had Sneddon personally traveled to foreign countries to fish for victims of an alleged sex offender? How many times did he ask for 150+ search warrants? How many times did he take it upon himself to search himself for what he was looking for, when he has police to do it for him? What we have here is an over zealous prosecutor. Plain and simple. Need more proof? Jackson has no problem expressing his strong dislike for this man, as he wrote a song about him on his 1995 album HIStory, entitled 'D.S'. Has Sneddon heard it? "I got more important things going on in my life than to listen to a song by a guy everybody calls Jacko Wacko".
Very professional, very.
Let's not forget to mention his jocular tone as he held the press conference announcing the allegations against Jackson, he seemed to be filled with joy...among other things. If you want more proof read here.
Sneddon can deny it all he wants, but he has a clear and strong dislike for Michael Jackson...and he's entitled to feel that way, but just not while he's head prosecutor in a case that could put Jackson behind bars for decades. The bottom line is that this man should not be prosecuting this case.

Martin Bashir is a self-proclaimed journalist that was best known for his “explosive” interview with Princess Diana late November, 1995.
At the urging of “spoon-bending” magician and psychic, Uri Gellar, Michael granted Martin Bashir an unprecedented interview, an invitation in to his home to get to know him and show the world what they weren’t seeing. Martin Bashir promised to conduct a fair and positive interview that would be sure to change the way the world viewed him.
Clearly this was a lie. Bashir went ahead with other motives in mind.
Filled with condescending smarm and patronizing remarks, the interview turned from bad to worse. With the negative overtones in the narrating and unfair manipulation, Martin Bashir succeeded in portraying Michael Jackson as naïve, crazy, weird and went as far as to question his relationship with children with the effort of trying to twist Michael’s words until it seemed sinister.
Despite the prior agreements, Bashir even filmed Michael’s children and other children of whom were visiting Michael’s house. Footage of which happened to make the final cut. Bashir’s constant questioning and colorful use of adjectives that he used to describe Michael’s relationship with children all managed to taint most viewer’s opinions. By the time the interview had concluded, Bashir had expressed his concerns for the children that spent time at Neverland, for Michael’s children, and for Michael himself while cruising in a four by four during dusk.
Mm, respectable.
When this footage sprung to air – it created a furore—a tacky but successful attempt from Martin Bashir to again, turn Michael’s world upside down. His implications of
pedophilia opened up a fresh new wave of investigations from the world’s media. The interview dominated headlines all around the world with each new report implying that Michael was crazy.
In an effort to show the world how manipulated he had been, Michael hired FOX to air a “Take 2” show “The Footage You Were Never Meant To See”. Filmed by Michael’s own cameras, this TV special counter-claimed everything that Bashir had commented on during his interview.
For example; Bashir had expressed his concern for Michael’s children on his own documentary and had called their relationship strange and seemed distressed that they living a “normal” life.
On Michael’s “Take 2” documentary, Bashir’s take on the relationship seemed like a different story. He was caught out saying “Your relationship with your children is so beautiful and pure that it actually brings tears to my eyes” these types of bold contradictions appeared throughout the documentary and to the viewers it became quite clear that Michael had been victimized yet again.

This is the second and current family to pursue legal action against Michael Jackson. This family pulls behind them, baggage that pummels their credibility. In 1999 the father and son (the accuser) were charged for shoplifting at the U.S based J.C Penney department store. Despite the later dropped charges, the family alleged that they were subject to abuse by the store’s security henceforth filing a $3 million dollar lawsuit.
During the course of the lawsuit, each family member (Mother, Father, three children) was evaluated by appointed psychiatrists. The reports proved that not only the mother of this family was the driving force behind the case against J.C Penney but she showed signs of mental deficiency. She broadened her allegations against J.C Penney by claiming that the store security touched her inappropriately and carefully rehearsed stories with her children so they could validate her story.
In late 2001 and 2002 Michael Jackson befriended Jane Doe’s son, who at the time was deathly ill, almost completely defeated by cancer. During the course of 2002 an expose on Michael’s life was documented. The boy appeared in the documentary on several occasions; including a scene where they describe their relationship – platonic, boyish and completely pure. It was during this documentary that Michael admitted to having slept in the same bed with many friends citing there was nothing sexual going on. Boy-Doe confirmed this by saying that Michael slept on the floor while he slept on the bed.
The furor spawned from the documentary sent everyone in to panic, and in hope of saving the Doe family from the media, Michael
prepared to send them on a vacation to get away from the constant questioning all at his own expense which was later twisted to seem like something sinister.
It seems as if the media were convinced that Michael was some kind of child predator, basing their own conclusions from zero evidence and a history of a single accusation. The story of Michael sharing a bed with Boy-Doe dominated the newspaper tabloids for weeks as the media twisted and turned it, overshadowing the truth with sexual overtones and insinuations that it wasn’t all innocent.
The allegations followed shortly after. It was almost as if a seed had been planted in the mind of Jane Doe. After all the implicative reports, it seemed like the penny had dropped, and suddenly accusations began to run rampant.
On Nov 18, 2003 a search warrant had been issued that gave police permission to invade and ransack Michael Jackson’s Never Land property. Tom Sneddon, the prosecutor of the 1993 case took this as a new opportunity to settle the score with Jackson. (To read more about Tom Sneddon’s dirty ways, click here)
The accusation was for the most part, quite simple. Michael had plied Boy-Doe with alcohol and conducted, what was described as, lewd behavior with the minor. The time lines and dates of the allegation were hazy, and each time a story would surface with an alibi that could support Michael’s innocence, the time line of events would change a second time – and even a third.
It grew complicated with other outrageous allegations that Michael had “stolen” Jane Doe’s furniture – locked it in storage and refused to give it back. Furthermore, abduction, extortion and conspiracy allegations followed. The extravagant trips that Michael had financed for the Doe family that sheltered them from the vicious media was then turned in to something a little more sinister. Despite the fact that Jane Doe and family were free to come and go from Neverland as they pleased, they claimed that Michael had held them “hostage.” At one point, while hostage, Jane Doe called friend, Jamie Mesada – (of whom prides himself on having introduced Doe to Michael Jackson [however Jackson has confirmed that he has never met Jamie Mesada in his life]) who she apparently relayed her predicament to him. He claims that she had complained that Michael wasn’t letting her leave Neverland, referring to it as abduction.
Why was the police never called?
The story was absurd, and still over a year later, the allegations grow more disbelieving. The mother now claims that she observed Jackson acting inappropriately with her son and did nothing. These claims are clearly laughable.
Why? Would you walk away from any child who is being preyed upon by a sinister adult? Let alone your own child? No.
And so the plot thickens – we all sit tight and wait for what new and outrageously unbelievable stories will surface next.

Gloria Allred is also, like Dimond, a woman that likes to stick her nose where it doesn't belong. Allred has avidly tried to take Michael Jackson's children away from him.
After the widely publicized episode that happened with Jackson's son in 2002 in Berlin, Germany, Allred moved in on him. We're sure mostly everyone would agree that hanging your child over a balcony several stories off the ground isn't the smartest thing in the world to do. So if she genuinely cared for the well-being of the children that's fine. Allred doesn't care, just the tactless way she tried to have them removed from his care is proof of that. Michael Jackson is not a bad father, what happened was a spur of the moment mistake and Michael Jackson now realizes that. You can bet that it would never happen again.
What she and other people that question his parenting skill need to realize, is that Michael Jackson is not a new father. Michael Jackson has been a father since 1997, and since then his children have been fine and in perfect physical and mental health. Every parent makes mistakes. If you walk into a grocery store, it's very common that you will find situations where parents have been careless with their children. A mother will be looking for a item down the grocery aisle while her child, who is in the cart is hovered over the cart in danger of falling out. Or what about when a parents attention is elsewhere for a couple of minutes and their child wonders off and gets lost?
Are these bad parents? No. Everyone makes mistakes, and when you have children the mistakes won't stop. It's very rare that the intention of any parent when these things happen is to harm their child.
In 2004 while Jackson was being investigated for molestation allegations, another set of allegations arose. This time, by a boy name Daniel Kapon. Kapon sold his story to a U.K tabloid, saying he had discovered repressed memories of Jackson molesting him when he was a baby in the late 80s. Allred of course took these new allegations seriously and went forward and tried to persue it further and of course used this as another reason as to why Jackson's kids should be seized from him. After an LAPD investigation concluded that nothing had happened Allred was forced to back down.
Then once again, when Jackson was acquitted of molestation charges in June 2005, Allred was quick to step in. Allred appeared on television saying she hopes Jackson isn't 'celebrating with champagne just yet.' Why? Allred filed another complaint to child services. Yet another attempt to see his children removed from his care. In the complaint she says that the recent acquittal is 'irrelevant' to any matters. I do have to ask if it would be so irrelevant if he was convicted?
You bet the acquittal was relevant, Allred is just like lead Jackson attorney, Tom Mesereau said 'desperate'.
You'd think that after seeing how bad of a mother Janet Arvizo was during the course of trial, she'd move in on them and try to get an investigation started. After all Janet Arvizo did teach her children how to be complete con artists, she did tell her children to lie under oath, she did leave them in the care of people she says she felt threatened by, she did ignore the fact that she says she saw Jackson 'licking' her son's head and let him stay under the care of Jackson despite that, she did seem pretty damn unstable during her testimony, but no. Let's ignore that...go only for Jackson instead.
We hope Allred knows there are children in the world with bigger problems, and if she really cares then she should look for where the real problems lay.
In reality, Allred doesn't care about Jackson's children or any others for that matter. Allred only cares about seeing her name on television screens and making a name for herself.

Simply put, Evan Chandler is the reason for the 1993 allegations against Michael Jackson.
Evan Chandler's greed and jealousy led him to do the worst. Chandler couldn't stand to be on the outside looking in on the close relationship that Jackson had with his ex-wife June Chandler, whom he also hated, and Jordan Chandler, his son. Initially Chandler had urged Michael Jackson to stay in contact with him and encouraged a friendship. In a phone conversation secretly taped by David Schwartz, the then husband of June Chandler, Evan Chandler can be heard saying many things about his plan to 'destroy' Jackson and how he felt things were.
"I sat in the room one day, and I talked to Michael and told him exactly what I want out of this whole relationship, what I want okay, so he wouldn't have to figure me out. And one of things I said is we always have to be able to talk to each
other".
Chandler felt shut out of the relationship when Jackson and his ex-wife were not giving him the attention he wanted. Keep in mind that reportedly, before Chandler had found out of his son's friendship with Jackson, he showed no interest in the boy at all. Evan Chandler saw Jackson as an opportunity to get his big break as a script writer for films, but when Jackson wasn't helping him along things began to go sour.
The bottom line to me is, yes, June is harming him, and Michael is harming him. I can prove that, and I will prove that -- and if they force me to go to court about it, I will."
Why would anyone have to be 'forced' to go to court if their son was being molested? Isn't that a given? This man is not talking about molestation. In his mind Chandler convinced himself that the reason they had shut him out was because they were doing something they didn't want him to know about.
"There's no reason why they would have to cut me out unless they -- unless they need me to be away so they can do certain things which I don't think are good to be doing." he tells Schwartz. Either that, or they just didn't like you Chandler.
Anyhow, Chandler was now on his mission to destroy his ex-wife and Michael Jackson as well.
"Once I make that phone
call, this guy is going to destroy everybody in sight in any devious, nasty,
cruel way that he can do it. And I've given him full authority to do that."
Chandler then predicted what would, in fact, transpire six weeks later:
"And if I go through with this, I win big-time. There's no way I lose. I've
checked that inside out. I will get everything I want, and they will be
destroyed forever. June will lose [custody of the son]...and Michael's career
will be over."
"Does that help [the boy]?" Schwartz asked.
"That's irrelevant to me," Chandler replied. "It's going to be
bigger than all of us put together. The whole thing is going to crash down on
everybody and destroy everybody in sight. It will be a massacre if I don't get
what I want.
What a loving father.
Chandler's plan was carried out just as planned. The only problem is that he didn't receive as much money as he thought he would. After the allegations had subsided with the settlement in place, Michael Jackson was moving on. Jackson was able to revive his career and married for the first time. Jackson appeared on ABC program Prime Time Live, with then wife Lisa Marie Presley. They both very vaguely discussed the settlement and Jackson strongly denied any wrongdoing and declared his innocence.
Angered by this, Evan Chandler sued everyone in sight for breaching the settlement contract, including Jackson, Presley, ABC, and even Michael's record company. Chandler claimed that in Jackson's 1995 album HIStory, Jackson had breached the contract by singing about certain 'backstabbers' and about situations that seemed to be about the allegations. Chandler demanded that he get at least $60 million and a chance to release his own album which he would call -- EVANstory. No joke. Nothing came of his lawsuit and we haven't heard from Evan Chandler since.
It's sickening that Evan Chandler never pursued a criminal trial against Michael Jackson. Had Jackson really molested his son, wouldn't that be the most reasonable action?
Evan Chandler never wanted a criminal trial or justice for any crime because there was no crime, he wanted money and revenge.

Raymond Chandler is the brother of Evan Chandler and the uncle of the 1993 accuser, Jordan Chandler. Since his nephew and brother have been silent about what happened in 1993, Chandler has taken it upon himself to tell to the world what he says happened. All this despite the fact that Chandler wasn't involved at all with those allegations.
In 2004 Chandler released his book All That Glitters: The Crime and the Cover-up. The book of course was not a success. One has to ask the question, how many people will really be interested in reading another tell-all book about Michael Jackson? The general public does not care. Chandler blames the lack of success on not wanting to be published by a major company.
“Well look, you know, if money were my motive, I could have gone to a major publisher and gotten a big fat advance. But if I had done that, I wouldn't be able to publish the book that I wanted to publish. When it comes to Michael Jackson, people are still afraid.” he says. Chandler is saying that big publishing companies were too scared to print a book like this about Michael Jackson.
How ludicrous.
No one is scared of Michael Jackson. Jackson's name is slandered every single day in the media and by the media. Who gets the backlash? No one. In fact, these are the kinds of books the media wants. Anyone that dares to speak up for Michael Jackson is shut up and looked down upon. Chandler can't admit that the big publishing companies didn't want him simply because his book is trash.
In his book Chandler explains how the events during that time played out and at the same time tries to discredit all of the sources that have said Jackson was just a victim of extortion. Again, Chandler was not a part of those events, so one has to wonder what merit he would have to write about something he wasn't a part of. Especially since he claims that he no longer has ties with his brother (which is probably false) or his nephew.
Chandler tells us, “If my brother wanted money, and that was his goal from Michael Jackson, he could have gotten a lot more money and a lot further in Hollywood by letting Michael continue a relationship with the boy."
No, not when he's taken over by jealousy to the point where he feels like he has to 'destroy' Jackson and his ex-wife, he had plans to make his money in other ways. Chandler explains that the reason his brother accepted the settlement was because they weren't going to be granted witness protection. That is totally false. Anyone involved in a case that could put them in harms way will be granted witness protection, especially when evolved in a high profile case. The current family that is accusing Michael Jackson has managed to stay anonymous for the entire course of this case.
It's funny how he never mentions his brother's outrageous $60 million lawsuit against Jackson, where demanded the right to release his own album among other things.
Raymond Chandler's job is to carry out what his brother didn't succeed in doing, which is to try and destroy Michael Jackson. Now he makes his rounds on various new programs calling Jackson a pedophile. Getting justice for his brother and nephew isn't on the top of his list. Otherwise instead of going on television and releasing a book (for monetary gain) he would contact them personally and urge them to come forward, now being the most appropriate time.
Ray Chandler, stop blaming Michael Jackson and blame your brother and his greed. It's his fault that no justice was received, no one held a gun to his head and forced him to accept the agreement.
Greed and stupidity must run in the family.
